Philip Kurochkin, M.D.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Philip Kurochkin, M.D., received his B.S. degree in biology from Brooklyn College, where he was on the Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx and did his internship in internal medicine at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn. Dr. Kurochkin then went on to complete his residency in ophthalmology at SUNY Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, New York, followed by a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at West Virginia University, Morgantown. He is a certified member of the American Board of Ophthalmology as well as the author of several published, peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.

Dr. Kurochkin is available to see patients in Indiana and Illinois.
